Because I'm not always able to to exercise on the prescribed days, think about creating an index card or sheet that has the five days marked as columns

 

MTHFS

 

and then check off which ones I do. So if I skip a day, I can refer to the card and my copied sheets and see where I left off. This could help me keep from slacking off the rest of the week and repeating Monday 12 times while H and S get short shrift.
